Here are some interesting Windows 11 features you need to know if you have just upgraded to Microsoft Windows 11.
1. Windows 11 Snap Layout
It is very easy to snap Windows left-and-right, but you need to be familiar with the keyboard shortcuts (Windows Key + Arrows). This is made easier by Windows 11, especially for those who only do it once in a while.
Simply hover your cursor above the button to minimize-maximize, resize or resize. You will be able to see mini snapping templates from which you can choose. This is much more efficient than dragging Windows around corners or using keyboard shortcuts.
Importantly, snapping your windows won’t cause them to lose their settings even if one of the windows is expanded independently. To return to Snap settings, you can simply hover over the icon on the taskbar.

3. TRY DICTATION WITH AUTO PUNCTUATION ON WINDOWS 11
You will need to enable auto-punctuation when Voice Typing is used for the first time in Windows 11. Click the Voice to Type pop-up and click the Gear (Settings) icon. A menu will open. The toggle switch located next to “Auto-punctuation” should be turned on.
4. Aero shake
This Windows 11 feature is disabled by default. It can be enabled in Settings >> System >> Multitasking. To minimize any other windows, right-click on the title bars of open windows and shake them. To restore windows to their original state, you can also re-shake title bars.

This Windows 11 new feature allows you to cut and copy files by right-clicking on them. The icon for ‘Cut’ looks like a scissor, while the ’Copy’ icon looks more like two pages. Alternatively, CTRL + X can be used to ‘Cut’ files and CTRL C to ‘Copy’ them.

You can view the properties of each input and output device, including information about drivers and the possibility to update them. The new Sound controls will help you to determine the audio properties of your computer.
